Abstract
Simulation types in nursing education have been increasing
day by day. One of these simulation types is computerbased
simulation. Many advantages derived from technology
are embedded in these programs, and the quality of
education increases, and learning process is facilitated
through achieving interactive learning process. In this
paper, computer-based simulation education and IMventrosim
(Ventrogluteal Area Intramuscular Medication
Application Skill Simulation) developed by researchers are
introduced, and it is aimed to inform and encourage healthcare
professionals, with resultant increase both in the
quality and the impact of nursing education.
