Abstract

The hermeneutical propositions has been needed during the historical development of the nursing science that the individuals are placed in the center. Through this proposition, the world in which the individual are presently can be comprehended with “the understanding and interpretation” instead of “the observation and description”. The interpretation view can also be achieved through qualitative research. The qualitative research consists of a series of interpretative and concrete applications that make the world visible. The Grounded Theory approach that is one of the qualitative research methods has been only used as a data collection tool so as to examine entirely the subject investigated. The use of the Grounded Theory that is increasingly in the nursing researches enables the theories to be developed as a tool in accordance with the nursing with the grounded theories developed in the reality of the clinical applications. In this study, the grounded theory approach is analyzed so as to be used by the nurse researchers.
