Abstract

Innovation is a new group of behaviors, routine and working methods. Innovation is implemented through planned and coordinated actions to improve outputs, efficiency, suitability or user experience. The culture of innovation is the culture that makes innovation and supports the sustainability of the structures in daily life. For the development of innovation culture, there is a need to develop practices for creating an innovation culture, according to increased technological developments and opportunities, considering the cultural structure, characteristics and requirements of all levels of society. From childhood to adulthood, creative and innovative ideas need to be supported to promote the culture of innovation. In a family, school or institution, the creation of innovation perception and culture can be a supportive and guiding environment. The aim of this review is to guide the development of culture of innovation in nursing.
