Abstract

INTRODUCTION

This case report aimed to report child with Waardenburg and Short Bowel Syndrome nursing care plan.

METHODS

Nursing care plan according to North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA) is made.

RESULTS

In case's nursing plan, according to the needs of child and mothers were designed such as imbalanced nutrition: less than body requirements, impaired tissue integrity, delayed growth and development, activity intolerance, impaired verbal communication, caregiver role strain, dysfunctional family processes, risk for deficient fluid volume and electrolyte, risk for impaired oral mucous membrane, risk for infection nursing diagnosis.

DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION

According to this diagnosis's were planned nursing care, interventions were performed and the results were evaluated.
