Abstract

Adolescence when physical changes are rapidly experienced and when the sense of identity begins to form is a process of transition from childhood to adulthood. Psychodrama is a method of group psychotherapy that aims to treat an individual within a group and in which action techniques are used. With this aspect, it is known that psychodrama, a technique based on action, is more effective than verbal and hermeneutical techniques. When understood accurately and used well, psychodrama becomes an effective method that can provide insight, catharsis, integration and change for the behaviour of the individual.
