Difficulties with the placement of people with schizophrenia individuals and their ability to continue with the work they are doing play an important role. The aim of this compilation is to draw attention to the importance of working people with schizophrenia and the fact that they have a job is one of the essential elements of healing. Psychiatric nurses can contribute to increasing the functioning of people with schizophrenia individuals by identifying situations that prevent them from settingtling into work and by conducting studies to enable them to work in a job. Şizofrenili bireylerin işe yerleştirilmesi ve yerleştirildikleri işe devam edebilmeleri ile ilgili zorluklar önemli rol oynamaktadır. Bu derlemenin amacı, şizofrenili bireylerin bir işte çalışabilmelerinin önemine ve işe sahip olmalarının iyileşmenin temel unsurlarından biri olduğuna dikkat çekmektir. Psikiyatri hemşireleri, işe yerleşmeyi engelleyen durumları belirleyerek ve bir işte çalışabilmelerini sağlamaya yönelik çalışmalar yürüterek şizofrenili bireylerin işlevselliklerini arttırmaya katkı sağlayabilirler.
