Postoperative Nursing Care Patient With Metastatic Colorectal Cancer: Case Report Zeynep Kızılcık Özkan1, Bülent Ünal2 1Trakya University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Surgical Nursing, Edirne, Turkey 2Istanbul Aydın University VM Medical Park Florya Hospital, Department of General Surgery, Eskisehir, Turkey The aim of this study was to present postoperative nursing care according to the Marjory Gordon’s Functional Health Patterns Model, applying the Nursing Diagnosis NANDA - I Taxonomy II classification system in a patient who underwent simultaneous anterior resection, right hepatectomy and cholecystectomy for metastatic colorectal cancer. The study was conducted in a university hospital between July 2018 and October 2018. The patient was diagnosed as eight nursing diagnoses ineffective health maintenance, nausea, imbalanced nutrition: less than body requirements, dysfunctional gastrointestinal motility, risk for activity intolerance, ineffective breathing pattern, bathing self-care deficit, disturbed sleep pattern. Appropriate nursing interventions were performed and the results of the care were evaluated. As a result, it was observed that the nursing care applied based on Gordon’s FSP model and NANDA’s nursing diagnostic system accelerated postoperative recovery. Çalışma Temmuz 2018 - Ekim 2018 tarihleri arasında bir üniversite hastanesinde gerçekleştirildi. Hastaya etkisiz sağlık bakımı, bulantı, dengesiz beslenme; beden gereksiniminden az, bozulmuş gastrointestinal motilite işlevi, aktivite intoleransı riski, etkisiz solunum örüntüsü, banyo yapmada öz bakım eksikliği, uyku örüntüsünde bozulma olmak üzere sekiz hemşirelik tanısı koyuldu. Uygun hemşirelik girişimleri uygulandı ve bakımın sonuçları değerlendirildi. Sonuç olarak Gordon’un FSÖ modeli ve NANDA’nın hemşirelik tanılama sistemi baz alınarak uygulanan hemşirelik bakımının postoperatif derlenmeyi hızlandırdığı gözlendi.
